On your premises

The flagship · Simple AI vault

When off-the-shelf AI isn't safe enough.

Your entire business knowledge, held on your premises, access-controlled per person, and consumable by the AI tools you already trust. You own the only complete copy. Your data never leaves your building.

02 - The problem it solves

Why is off-the-shelf AI all-or-nothing?

You want your team using AI against your own knowledge: every department's processes, products, clients and detail. But that knowledge is scattered across heads and shared drives, and you can't have everyone seeing everything. Confidential accounts, HR and commercial detail have to stay restricted.

Public AI tools can't make that distinction. The Simple AI vault gives your team the knowledge with the boundaries kept, and keeps the whole thing on your premises.

03 - The idea in one sentence

We just keep the knowledge safe.

Their knowledge, on their premises, under their access rules, consumable by whatever AI they choose and trust. You own the model and the conversations.

04 - The difference

What makes it different?

  • A. On your premises. A dedicated appliance in your building, not our cloud.
  • B. Access controlled per person. Each employee's AI only ever sees what their role permits.
  • C. You own the only copy. An encrypted backup goes to storage you control, never to us.
  • D. Works with your AI. Claude, ChatGPT or your own private model. You choose.
05 - How it works

One box, one choke point, nothing leaking out

Only two things ever cross the boundary of your network, and both are harmless: your staff logging in, and an encrypted backup you hold the key to. Your knowledge, the access checks and the audit log all stay inside the box.

Crosses the boundary

Both of them harmless

  • Company login · your existing sign-in (IdP). No business data.
  • An encrypted backup, to your own backup storage. You hold the key.
Your premises · local network

Stays inside the box

  • Knowledge store · the structured, searchable record of how your business works
  • Access policy · per person, checked on every question
  • Audit log · append only
  • Your AI tool · Claude or ChatGPT, on staff devices, inside the network
  • Every ask, and only the permitted documents that return

Everything with business content stays inside your premises. Only your staff login and an encrypted backup ever leave.

01 - Knowledge in

Your knowledge goes in

We capture how your business works into a structured, searchable store held on the appliance.

02 - Access set

Access is set per person

Directors see everything, staff see what their role allows. A withheld document doesn't even show up in search.

03 - AI connects

Your AI connects to it

Your team's AI tool asks the box questions and only ever gets back what that person is allowed to see.

06 - The trust story

We built it so we can't see your data

  • i.

    Stays on the island

The box answers only to your local network. We come to you to fit and fix it.

  • ii.

    No remote access

We cannot see your data and we cannot reach it. There's no back door for us or anyone else.

  • iii.

    Every query logged

An append-only audit trail of who asked what, held on your box, for your own review.

  • iv.

    Backup you control

Encrypted, to your own storage. Lose the box and we restore from your backup.

Common questions

What is the Simple AI vault?

The Simple AI vault is a confidential AI appliance installed on your own premises, holding your business knowledge in a structured, searchable store that the AI tools you already trust can query. Client data never leaves your control: the box answers only to your local network, access is set per person, and every query is written to an append-only audit log held on the appliance itself. Only two things ever cross your network boundary - your staff logging in, and an encrypted backup you hold the key to. That design matters because, according to Isle of Man data-protection legislation, which is GDPR-aligned, your business remains responsible for where personal data goes and who can reach it. As of 2026, the vault is the flagship offering of Simplepage AI, the AI consultancy arm of Simplepage Limited, a software company based in Douglas, Isle of Man.

Who is the Simple AI vault for?

The vault is designed for confidentiality-bound firms: fiduciary and trust companies, legal practices, finance businesses, eGaming operators and professional-services firms, particularly on the Isle of Man, where Simplepage AI is based. These are businesses where the case for AI is obvious but pasting client detail into public tools is unacceptable. The vault gives their teams AI over the firm's own knowledge - processes, precedents, products and client detail - while the boundaries hold: directors see everything, staff see only what their role allows, and a withheld document does not even appear in search. It is not aimed at businesses with nothing confidential to protect; they are usually better starting smaller. Firms unsure where they stand normally begin with the free twelve-question readiness and confidentiality check, or with the fixed-scope AI readiness audit, which starts from £1,450 and establishes exactly what you need.

How is the vault different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a public cloud service: what your team types travels to someone else's infrastructure and is governed by someone else's terms, and an account generally sees whatever the business has shared with it. The Simple AI vault is the opposite arrangement. Your knowledge sits on a box inside your own building, access is enforced per person before the AI ever sees a document, and you own the model, the conversations and the audit trail. Public tools are all-or-nothing; the vault keeps the boundaries your business already relies on. The productivity case is similar either way - our client work has found that most teams land between 40% and 60% of repetitive work realistically taken on by AI in the first year - but only one arrangement lets a fiduciary, legal or finance firm capture that gain without client data ever leaving its premises.

Who builds and delivers the vault?

Simplepage AI is the AI consultancy arm of Simplepage Limited, a three-person Isle of Man software company run by Simon, William and Sharon Steed from Douglas. The vault is never just hardware in a cupboard: delivery covers capturing how your business works into the appliance, setting access rules per person, connecting the AI tools your team will use, and support afterwards - we come to you to fit and fix it, because the box allows no remote access. The team ships production AI, not slideware. Data from our project history: Eddi, an AI content-management product for Umbraco, runs in production; Sumlo was built in three days and Patch in three weeks. That same discipline goes into every vault installation.

How much does the Simple AI vault cost?

Pricing is set to your business, not off a shelf: the vault is sized by how many people will use it, how much knowledge goes into it, and the support you want around it. The readiness audit, from £1,450, is the natural first step - it establishes exactly what you need, so the quote is real rather than a guess.
