Engineers who build AI, helping the island use it well.
Simplepage AI is the AI practice of Simplepage Ltd. We're a small, hands-on team that builds its own AI products for real businesses, and we bring that same practical, confidentiality-first approach to helping Isle of Man companies adopt AI.
We don't just talk about AI. We ship it.
A lot of people are calling themselves AI consultants this year. Most have never built anything. We have.
We design, build and run our own AI software that businesses pay to use, so when we sit across from you, the advice comes from doing the work, not from a slide deck. We're also a certified Umbraco Silver Partner, with years of building secure, production software for clients who can't afford things to go wrong. That background matters here.
The clever demo. The hard part of business AI has never been that.
Doing it safely, keeping confidential data where it belongs, and making sure real people actually use what you build.
Why be based on the Isle of Man?
We come to you in person, our work stays local, and we understand the confidentiality expectations of the island's finance, fiduciary and eGaming sectors because we work alongside them.
What won't we budge on?
-
i.
Confidentiality first
Every recommendation starts with where your sensitive data goes and who can see it.
-
ii.
Plain talk
No jargon, no hype. If something's a bad idea for you, we'll say so.
-
iii.
Your interests
We'll point you to free tools when they'll do the job. Trust is worth more than a sale.

iv.
Real results
We measure success in hours saved and problems removed, not tools installed.
Let's talk about your business.
A short, honest conversation about where AI could help, and where it shouldn't.
Who runs Simplepage AI?
Simplepage AI is run by the three people who own Simplepage Limited: Simon Steed, William Steed and Sharon Steed. As of 2026 the company remains deliberately three people, and that shape is the point: there is no sales team handing your project to a delivery bench, and no junior consultants learning on your time. The people you meet at a discovery call are the people who design, build and run the work. The same team writes the software the parent company sells, runs the infrastructure it lives on, and sits with Isle of Man clients in person. That combination is unusual in AI consulting, where much of the market advises on technology it has never operated. We keep the practice small on purpose, because confidential work for fiduciary, legal and finance firms depends on knowing exactly who has touched what.
Where is Simplepage AI based?
Simplepage AI is based in Douglas, Isle of Man, at 10a Gordon House, Prospect Hill, IM1 1EJ, and the location is deliberate rather than incidental. We work with island firms in person: discovery calls become meetings in your office, and the engineers who build your systems are on the island rather than at the end of a ticket queue. Personal data we handle during engagements is processed according to Isle of Man data-protection legislation, which is GDPR-aligned, and confidential client material can stay inside your own premises entirely when the work runs on the Simple AI vault. Working locally also means we understand the confidentiality expectations of the island's fiduciary, finance and eGaming sectors, because we operate alongside them. If you want to check the register, Simplepage Limited is Isle of Man company number 139122C.
How does Simplepage AI relate to Simplepage Limited and simplepage.com?
Simplepage AI is the AI consultancy arm of Simplepage Limited, and simplepage.com is the same company's software studio, so the relationship is one company with two doorways. The studio side is a certified Umbraco Silver Partner that has spent years building secure, production web software for clients who cannot afford things to go wrong, and in 2026 it ships its own commercial AI products, including Eddi, AI content management for Umbraco. The consultancy side exists because island firms kept asking the same question: who can help us use AI without our data leaving the building? The advice we give is grounded in data from our project history rather than in theory; Sumlo, a timesheet-to-report product, went from idea to production in three days, and Patch took three weeks, both built with the AI-assisted development we now bring to client work. Same people, same standards, different front door.
What does Simplepage AI actually do?
Our work involves three strands. The first is a fixed-scope AI readiness audit that tells you honestly where AI could help your firm and where it should not go near. The second is ongoing help, an outsourced in-house AI team for firms that want the capability without making a hire. The third is the Simple AI vault, confidential AI running on your own premises so client data never leaves your control. Before any of that, two free tools let you test the water: an AI cost calculator that shows what AI is worth to your business, and a readiness and confidentiality check built around 12 questions you can answer in a few minutes. None of it starts with a contract; it starts with a conversation.
Why does confidentiality come first?
Because our clients cannot compromise on it. Fiduciary, legal, finance and eGaming firms handle information that must never reach a third-party model, and we have found that confidentiality, not model quality, is the real barrier to AI adoption on the island. That is why the Simple AI vault exists, and why every engagement starts by mapping where your data is allowed to go.
